At CoderOne, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming community for all members. We expect everyone to abide by the following Code of Conduct when participating in our website, Discord server, Newsletter, Youtube channel and any other community platforms associated with CoderOne.

Additional to the rules we respect, we also draw inspiration from the social rules outlined by Recurse Center. We encourage all members to familiarize themselves with those rules to enhance their understanding of the community norms and expectations.

Collaboration and support for each other's learning are key. If you witness any violations, please report them promptly. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the community. Together, we can maintain a positive and supportive community at CoderOne.

3. Encourage Diversity and Inclusion: Embrace and celebrate diversity. Be inclusive and open-minded, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. Do not engage in discrimination or exclusion based on factors such as race, gender or religion.

4. Respect Intellectual Property: Give credit where it is due. Do not plagiarize or infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. If you share content created by someone else, ensure proper attribution.

6. Report Issues: If you witness any violations of this Code of Conduct or encounter any issues within the community, please report them to the moderators or administrators promptly.
